England & Wales 

Ofwat (The Water Services Regulation Authority) is the economic regulator of the water and sewerage sectors in England and Wales.  They make sure that the companies provide household and business consumers with a good quality service and value for money. Ofwat England & Wales


Water Industry Commission for Scotland is a non-departmental public body with statutory responsibilities. Its mission is to manage an effective regulatory framework which encourages the Scottish water industry to provide a high-quality service and value for money to customers. Northern Ireland
