If you aren’t sure if your test equipment satisfies the new requirement, contact your sector scheme. One of the benefits of being a member is they will confirm whether it does, and if it doesn’t provide details of ones which do. This list is growing daily as more compliant test kits are identified.
If you aren’t a member, consider joining as this isn’t the only benefit, being listed on the WaterSafe register is another. In 2025 there were c.250,000 searches for contractors using this website. Further details on how to join can be found here
If you haven’t confirmed with your scheme, you are using test equipment which is compliant act now, because WaterSafe will be applying the statement RPZ Test Equipment Expires 30th June 2026. Making sure your details are correct will give your existing, as well as any new customers, the reassurance they will be looking for ahead of the July changes.
