Water Regs UK Board

The Water Regs UK Board oversees the management of Water Regs UK and is primarily responsible for:

• determining the company’s strategic objectives and policies;
• monitoring progress towards achieving the objectives and policies;
• appointing senior management;
• accounting for the company’s activities to its subscribers.

The Board of Directors is made up of senior managers/directors from six water supply companies, plus an independent Chair and the Managing Director. Non-executive directors are appointed for three years by member companies and are eligible for re-appointment at the end of their three year term. The current directors can be viewed below.
